VE Vertically-Mounted Slewing Drive

•

Fuyong Intelligent is one of China's leading gear drive manufacturers. With a wide range of dimensions and designs, our worm slew drivesand slewing ring are popular around the world. The slewing gearand slewing bearing are widely used in engineering machinery, coal mining machinery, fire equipment, industrial robots, photovoltaic power trackers, aviation and military defense. We have 18 independent intellectual property rights patents. Our slewing ring driveand slew drive bearings have passed ISO9000:2008 quality management system certification and EU export CE certification. We promise professional production and excellent quality.

The VE Series Slew Drive is a vertical mounted design for low-speed (<1 RPM) outdoor applications. Its special structure effectively simplifies the complex structure design of the EPC bracket and reduces the whole system cost. This product has a flexible input interface form, which is convenient for connecting various hydraulic motors and geared motors.

The VE series is designed for solar single-axis trackers. It makes solar tracker generate more electricity than their stationary structure due to increased direct exposure to solar ray. The high precision advantage increases power generation as much as 10 to 25% depending on the geographic location of the tracking system. Compared to other tracking structures, the holding torque is large, free maintenance and the sealing is good. The end cap is stressed. The motor can be AC motor, DC motor, synchronous motor, brushless motor.

Main Application：single axis solar tracker, dual axis solar tracker, dual axis slew drive, Vertical rotation of photovoltaic concentrating, photothermal power generation, dual axis slewing drive, worm drive gear set, worm gear slew drive, etc.

Supply ability: Customized design.
