Etch Primer
Under FUXI® brand, Jinhai Special Coatings,paints manufacturer, has developed our own formulation system, including epoxy, phenolic, alkyd, acrylic, silicone, polyurethane, fluorocarbon, chlorinated rubber, ethylene and other coatings. We keep developing new solvent-free paints, water-based paints and eco-friendly coatings, interior wall paint, polyurethane paint, Solvent-Free Coating, marine grade paint and earnestly fulfil the social responsibility of environmental protection.
Etch primerpaintis composed of zinc chrome yellow pigment, alcohol solvents and additives, and phosphoric acid is used as the treatment liquid. It is widely used as an enhanced anti-rust agent for steel and non-ferrous metals, but it cannot replace the primer. The paint is used as an anti-rust paint for non-ferrous metals and polished steel, which can increase the adhesion of the organic coating and the metal surface, prevent rust, and prolong the serving time of organic coating.
Advantage of Etch Primer
Fast drying. Handling and piling can be done after having been painted for only a few minutes.
Good adhesion to steel, galvanized steel and aluminum alloy.
Good compatibility with most of paints.
No side effect on welding and cutting.
