CR FOAM TAPE

CR foam tapestands for chloroprene rubber foam tape. CR is chloroprene (neoprene) as the main raw material for alpha polymerized elastomer, soluble in toluene, xylene, ethylene dichloride, three vanadium ethylene, slightly soluble in acetone, methyl ethyl ketone, ethyl acetate and cyclohexane, insoluble in hexane and solvent gasoline, but soluble in the appropriate proportion of good solvent and bad solvent and non-solvent or bad mixed solvent composed of solvent and non-solvent. Moreover, all products meet the RoHS environmental requirements. Furthermore, we can either provide jumbo rolls, or die cutting pieces. The width can be from 10mm to 1600mm, the length can be from 100mm to 2000mm.

Process of CR Foam Tape Production

First, closed cell chloroprene rubber foam products are mainly formed by chloroprene material. Through alpha polymerized process into elastomer.

Second, we coat single sided or double-sided high adhesion of pressure sensitive glue.

Third we laminate the white silicon paper liner on which.

Finally, we use our lathe slitting machines to cut the jumbo rolls to different standard or non-standard width and length of small rolls. Meanwhile, we can also cut them to different shapes of die cutting pieces.
