Wood Sawdust Pellet Mill Overview

Wood Sawdust Pellet Machine is mainly used for making crude fiber materials into pellets. The materials can be sawdust, rice husk, cotton stalk, cottonseed skins, weeds and crop stalks and other plant wastes, especially low-bonding and unformed materials. It may also be applicable to biological fertilizer, organic manure as well as fertilizer for low-temperature granulation.

1. Adopt high-precision gear drive,advanced flexible coupling, for high Productive efficiency.

2. Wood pellet machine driving adopt imported SKF(NSK)bearing and NAK oil seal.

3. Frequency converter control feeder flow,full stainless steel feeder ,cover and chute.

4. Special made feeder for stable and even feeding of glass, wood sawdust, stew, hops and so on.

3. The main driving system with high quality bearing that imported form Sweden and Japan, to make sure drive with higher efficiency, steady running and reliable.

4. The alloy steel die adopts international advanced equipment and processing & manufacturing, with long working life, smooth pellet, high quality.

5. The international advanced falk flexible coupling, with impact structure, safety, low noise, low malfunction.

6. Adding oil lubrication and oil cooling automatically (choose spare parts).

7. Suitable for pelletizing of materials like sawdust straw, chrysanthemum, palm fronds etc.
