Tire Recycling Process & Products
Rubber Block
Mobile Tire Shredder and Tire TDF plant are used for breaking down whole tires into roughly sized shreds suitable for further processing. The mobile shredder produces 50x50mm TDF chips, which serve as a valuable fuel for cement plants. Our TDF plant is designed to shred waste tires into 50mm to 150mm rubber blocks, offering an excellent alternative fuel option for industrial applications.
Wire-Free Rubber Sheet
Our Wire Free Mulch Plant separates metal wire from within tires, processing pre-shredded tire chips to produce 18-30mm wire-free rubber chips. These finished products are ideal for use in gardens, playgrounds, and horse arenas, ensuring safe and eco-friendly alternatives for outdoor applications.
