1. Brief Introduction：
NC.40Z-2000 CNC busbar bender is one processing machine of high efficiency, high automation, high precision that can bend copper/aluminum busbar.The machine adopts oil pressure as the driving force,CNC as control unit,Equipped with independent research and development of CAD/CAM software system,making the the machine with highest antomatic in this industry sector;It s the ideal busbar processing equipment for high-low voltage switch, box type substation, transformer, bus bar ways ect;
2. Main Character：
1、Mechanical structure：
This machine adopts the structure of "open bending",Strengthening the heat treatment of 45 steel plates with 150mm as a body force platform,the hydraulic cylinder is installed on the bearing platform,replaceable "insert structure" plug type bending raised die" making it a 'C' open structure,simple structure,reasonable stress,Easy to take and discharge material,good view ect.
2、Hydraulic section：
The hydraulic part of this machine adopts "double speed feed",a motor drives a dual pump supply,Machine can realization fast forward, rewind and slow speed,improving the accuracy of bending.
This machine with hydraulic pressure sensor,according the coordination with cnc system,according to the size of the processing material,directly adjustment system pressure.Can reduce energy consumption,Improve the service life of the machine.
With automatic temperature cooling system, can automatically turn on air cooling, after running a long time ,making the oil temperature rised.and at the same time when the oil temperature went down. It will turn off automatically.
Hydraulic hose with national standard A connection mode,Convenient connection, firm and durable, convenient maintenance.
3、X hydraulic bender：
High precision hydraulic cylinder for 400KN,Coordination,bending dies to horization bending,vertical bending,twisting,pressure cable connector ect,Motion detection is detected in 2 ways，linear displacement detection and passive detection;Most of the work can with"Pull type rotary encoder" detection cylinder position to complete the processing operation,and it can improve the accuracy and the bending trace of the bending by adding an electronic die with a rotary encoder.
4、Y gauge：
The gauge of the machine is with modular design,can according the demand of the clinets to select the the length of the cnc gauge,the gauge is with bridge structure of "double linear guide rail",running smoothly;large lead ball screw,output speed is relatively low,Greatly reduces the noise caused by the lead screw.
5、Electrical part：
SIEMENS touch screen as HMI ,independently developed bending process,Clear interface, simple structure, the list of coordinates programming, simple operation, without the need for professional personnel, to get started quickly;also can through USB, industrial Ethernet, and other ways to remotely upload processing code.
6、Software part：
This machine can be used along with LJMX-2014.02 CNC programming software.Also connect with MX602K-7C through LJMX-2014.02 CNC programming software,operation is simple, machine and software are not interfered in each other, maintenance is convenient.
LJMX-2014.02 CNC programming software is the independent research and development by our company,it is special software for busbar automatic processing,The machine is based on the most commonly used AUTOCAD.meets the operating habits of most technical engineers;Interactive legal system can be achieved,importing 2d DWG format Punching-Cutting entity,importing SAT format 3D entity, and can calculate out for the bending automatically, animation simulation of bending processing, then Generate Punching-Cutting code of CSV files,then Generate bending code of CSV files.
