The principle of Vacuum forming Machine:

Vacuum forming, commonly known as vacuforming, is a simplified version of thermoforming, whereby a sheet of plastic is heated to a forming temperature, stretched into a single surface mold and held against the mold by applying vacuum between the mold surface and the sheet.

PRODUCT FEATURES:

• Just place plastic roller onto the frame and forming, cooling, demould, transporting, cutting can be done automatically.
• The control board is near the operator, greatly improves the efficiency of production.
• The far-infrared ceramic heating elements can control every block heater temperature, more power-saving features, and reducing production cost.
• The furnace is guided automatically, mould plate can be adjusted so can be placed different size of mould.
• The cooling system is independent by cold water.
• Can form all kinds of blisters just replace mould.
• The sheet moving by the servo motor: Speed can be adjusted, the torque is large and high precision.
• Air channel adopts copper pipe: anti-aging protective, durable.
• Digital display pressure regulatesmodule control oven temperature: voltage stabilization, temperature stabilization and beautiful and graceful.
• Samples or drawings needed for making the forming mould and cutting mould.
• Working process:Feeding-->PVC heating-->PVC forming-->Cooling-->Demoulding--> Servo indexing-->PVC cutting-->final product output
