SNOWLAND evaporator of flake ice machine is divided into two types of carbon-steel evaporator of flake ice machine and stainless evaporator of flake ice machine. The material of carbon-steel evaporator of flake ice machine is Q345 chromium-coated, and that of stainless evaporator of flake ice machine is (SUS304,SUS316). According to different efrigerants, it is divided into fluorine-used evaporator of flake ice machine and ammonia-used evaporator of flake ice machine. With specially-designed evaporating structure, the ice bucket wall is of even thickness with the processing precision of within 0.05mm, and after fine heat treatment, polishing and electroplating treatment, the ice bucket will not leak, transform or rust with the service life of over 10 years.
