IRRIGATION DISC FILTER
Irrigation pvc disc filter, a thin plastic disc of a specific color is engraved on both sides with a large number of grooves of a certain micro size. A stack of discs of the same pattern is pressed against a specially designed inner support. When the spring and the liquid pressure are pressed, the grooves between the discs cross, thereby creating a deep filtration unit with a series of unique filtration channels.
Characteristics of Irrigation Disc Filter
The disc filter in drip irrigationhas the characteristics of high-efficiency backwashing, automatic continuous operation, low self-consumption water, small footprint, and reliable operation. The backwashing process of the filter system alternates in turn, and the working and backwashing states are automatically switched. It can ensure continuous water discharge, and the system pressure loss is small, so the technical advantage is very obvious.
