The 1.2m foot mat embossing machine (model NK JM2012 1200) by NEKON is a high performance, fully automated ultrasonic embossing & laminating system, specially engineered for embossing automobile foot mats and similar materials.
NEKONautomobile foot mat embossing machine, ultrasonic mold using titanium alloy material,titanium alloy materialis not only expensive materials, and difficult to process, resulting in ultrasonic titanium alloy mold price is three to four times higher than ultrasonic aluminum alloy mold and ordinary ultrasonic steel mold. Although the titanium mold price is high, but it has good acoustic conduction characteristics and tensile strength, so that the ultrasonic pleat cotton machine in continuous work will have a good output, and the heat is small, not easy to burst, so that the whole machine has good stability, suitable for the production of car mat and thickened filter material.
