Application &Purpose:this plate is used for tensioner and idler for die casting arm inside spring ,part mold is progressive die and single die with different volumes which is designed and ade in house , and the presser is mechanical machines with high perforamce which can make very precise and tight tolerance .
Material:SPCC Cold steel ,st12,st13
Main Process:metal sheet/roller -stamping-deburring-surface treatment-packing
