Pneumatic Conveying System/PVC Powder Batch Dosing Mixing System
This is a material pressure pneumatic system, which adopt Roots blower as generator, rotary feeder as a feeding facillty.The system has features of low pressure, short transporting distance,reliable conveying.It is suitable to convey from one place to muli-place,and realize the function of diying and classficiation to material.The outside air or rain water is not ableto enter the system even f there is an aperture in connection site some-where in pipe system, his should be due to the positive in the system.
For all kinds of plastic powder mixing, drying, coloring and otherprocesses,The unit consists of one hotmixer and one cooling mixer,is the ideal choice for the production of profiles, pipe manufacturers.
1.It is the basic equipment of PVC pipe/profile/board, PVC foam board making machine.
