Thermal Management Systems For Vehicle/Battery Testing.
Theconditioning deviceis specifically designed for thermal and fluid dynamics test of theliquid-cooled battery pack/battery module.Equipped with high-precision sensors It can test the flow rate, pressure, temperature and sealing of the liquid-cooled battery.
Low Temperature Series (Temperature Control Range -40~85℃,Flow control, Pressure Control)
Cooling power range: 02KW--20KW.
Temperature control range: -40~85℃.
Flow control range:2-20L/min.
Heating power:
Output channel: Output channel: 1,supporting multiple channels.
The control unit of the unit is operated by programmed software. Multiple communication interfaces with protocols are provided for communication with a higher-level automation system.
7 Inch HMI Touched Screen
Display the temperature, flow rate and pressure etc.
Setrelevant function.
Check reason for malfunction.
Support data export.
Device Protection
The conditioning unit is protected from damage by safety valves, flow monitors and thermostats and various electrical protection components etc. At the same time,it also has self-diagnosis function and can record the malfunction information. This ensures high reliability and to check the reason of device fault easily in case of a malfunction occurring.
