The Selection Methods of Box Brake Bending Machine:

The main function of electric cabinet bending machine is to process some steel plates with relatively thin thickness. Then they bend and distort them, which is also a common machine in many industrial productions.

Now the demand of the market is greater than the supply, and the market demand is steadily increasing. How can we select a qualified equipment?

The first step is to have a hard and fast regulation of the system index of the whole machine in order to ensure the accuracy of the requirements. Because anything from a scientific point of view is wrong, we should try our best to avoid the error. For some machining parts, the error is acceptable. Therefore, we should have a general rule of error accuracy when choosing and can be purchased within this rule. It doesn't have to be very precise unless the product that you produce has very high precision.

Secondly, it is to choose the machine according to the type of production that you produce. It is better to choose the equipment that is more flexible and to handle the emergency problem, and try to reduce the amount of time you need to prepare for unexpected orders during production. At the same time, you should make a budget for the specifications and sizes of the products you produce, and try to match the products and equipment.

The Safety Operation Procedures of Hydraulic Box Brake Bending Machine:

The operator should strictly follow the safe operating procedures of the electric box bending machine, and if the abnormality is found during the operation, the operator should stop the operation immediately and showdown to check the reasons. The safety operation procedure of box bending machine is as follows:

1. Strictly observe the safety operation procedures of machine tools and wear protective equipment according to the regulations.
2. Clean the mould before starting the machine.
3. Check whether there are foreign objects on the bracket, retaining rack and sliding block. If there are foreign objects, clean them.
4. According to the thickness of the blanks, select the appropriate die, the size of the die is generally equal to or greater than 8 times of the thickness of the sheet.
5. The bending force of the workpiece is obtained by calculating the bending force of the sheet metal, The bending force of the workpiece shall not be greater than 1000KN.
6. When bending the slabs, the pressure of the system should be reduced properly so as not to damage the mould.
7. When adjusting the stroke of the slider, ensure that the volume is less than 100, so as not to damage the machine.
8. Before bending, evenly adjust the clearance between the upper and lower molds.
9. When bending, do not put your hand in the mold, and the long and narrow material should not be supported by hand. One bend at a time, but not many pieces of cake bend at the same time. Check the tank oil level and start the oil pump to check the hydraulic pipe and oil pump.
10. The bending sheet should be placed in the middle of the mold, and the machine should not be used for single side load, so as to avoid affecting the precision of the workpiece and machine. If some workpiece is required to work unilaterally, the load must not be greater than 250KN and must be bent at the same time.
11. Check the tank oil level and start the oil pump to check the hydraulic pipe and oil pump.
12. If the abnormality is found during the operation, the operator should stop the operation immediately and showdown to check the reasons.
13. After the operation, the oil pump should be turned off, the program of the control system should be removed and the power supply should be cut off.
