Sevo CNC Press Brakes keep double cylinders synchronized by using system output to control hydraulic pressure system. Press Brakes form closed loop control with depth position feedback.Press Brakes' synchronization control has the advantage of high control precision, bending precision, and repetitive positioning. The numerical control system controls the depth, the down speed and the automatic deflection compensation of the hydraulic cylinder for the aim to overcome the influence of the slider deformation and the workpiece deformation in the process of processing. It ensures the good straightness and bending angle of the workpiece. Fully functional rear file structure can be extended to six shafts at most. The workpiece can be bent casually. After the fuselage is welded by steel plate, the whole machining is carried out at one time, which ensures the high rigidity of the fuselage, makes the error of each relative dimension of the machine tool small and ensures high precision. In order to meet the processing requirements of special workpieces, the machine tool is equipped with a block upper die with different length and can be assembled into a certain width according to the requirements of the workpiece.According to the customer's needs, ourcnc servo bending machinecan be equipped with the hydraulic upper die, fast model replacing the device and slot type lower die to reduce the labor intensity and improve the production efficiency. CNC servo bending machine can also process short pieces with the stand-alone operation.The double computer linkage CNC bending machine can improve machine tool utilization and reduce energy consumption. Among them, the numerical control system uses Holland DELEM 65W and Italy ESA KV2004. The side main cylinder synchronously adopts the German electro-hydraulic servo valve and the German HEIDENHAIN grating ruler to form closed-loop control, and the feedback is accurate. The hydraulic convex automatic compensation system is used to decrease the influence of the slider deformation on the quality of the workpiece in the process of bending. The compensation quantity is adjusted automatically by the numerical control system, which is convenient and precise.
