Diethylaminomethyltriethoxysilane Description

CFS-479, Diethylaminomethyltriethoxysilane is an alpha silanewith high reactivities. Most of commercial silane coupling agentare gamma functional silanes with better stability. Compared to gamma silanes, alpha silanes can be synthesized easily with feasible sources of raw materials.

CFS-479 is completely soluble in a variety of organic solvents. It can be applied under high temperature and its special structure always speeds up chemical reactions and crosslinking.

CFS-479 is well-known as ND-22 in China and ADE-3 in Russia. It has gained great reputation in the application field of silicone rubber manufacturing.

Diethylaminomethyltriethoxysilane Application

CFS-479 can be used as an adhesion promoter, a coupling agent, a moisture scavenger, a dispersing agent, a cross-linking agent or a coupling agent in many application fields.

CFS-479 is mainly used as a cross-linking agent and a curing agent for RTV silicone rubbers synthesis.

CFS-479 can be used as an adhesion promoter and a coupling agent to improve the bonding performance between organic resin and inorganic substrates.

CFS-479 can be used as a surface modifier and enhance adhesion between organic polymers and metals.

CFS-479 can be used to produce finishing agents of textiles and fabrics.

CFS-479 should be stored in a cool, well-ventilated place, and avoid exposure to humidity.

CFS-479 should be stored in its original containers and used up as soon as possible after opening.

When stored in a strictly sealed and unopened container, CFS-479 has a shelf life of 12months.
