Dimethyldiethoxysilane Description

CFS-626, Dimethyldiethoxysilane or diethoxydimethylsilaneis a monomeric alkoxy silane with two ethyl groups. It is well-known as the equivalent of ShinEtsu KBE-22.

Dimethyldiethoxysilane Application

CFS-626 can be used as a structure control agent and a chain extender for the preparation of silicone rubbers. It can improve the mechanical properties and extend the shelf life of the rubbers.

CFS-626 can be used as an important material for the synthesis of silicone oils, silicone resins and other organosilicon products.

CFS-626 can be used as a crosslinker of RTV silicone rubbers.

CFS-626 can be used treat silica and act as a surface modifier for the treatment of inorganic fillers, pigments and glass.

Dimethyldiethoxysilane Storage

CFS-626 is a highly flammable liquid. It should be stored in a cool, well-ventilated place, and avoid exposure to humidity.

CFS-626 should be stored in its original containers and used up as soon as possible after opening.

When stored in a strictly sealed and unopened container, CFS-626 has a shelf life of 12months.
