In the quartz powder coating, with the increase of CMC Na content, the strength of the coating gradually increases, at 0.3%~ 0. 5% is better; The suspension of the coating is 0 .4%~0.6% is good, stable at about 100%; The viscosity of the coating gradually increases, and the addition amount is 0.4%~0. 6% is better; The dripping property of the coating gradually decreases; The PH of the coating is stable at 10.2 or so, always maintain weak alkalinity; The variation range of coating density is also within a reasonable range.
