12 Pin Automotive Connector Housing
Langrun Electric is addressing the car electrical connectionsindustry. Its 12 pin automotive connector and housing is PCB plug housing that is always used in wire to board applications.
12 pin automotive electrical connectorand housing or 12 pin automotive connectoris made from PA66 or PBT. PA66 has good mechanical strength, excellent toughness, oil resistance, good fluidity and formability, and good water absorption. It is widely used in automobile and shell products. PA66 maintain stable mechanical performance for automotive connector and housing.
There are two types of 12 pin automotive connectorand housing products depending on the location and function. The first type is non-waterproof connector, which is generally used in a dry environment that will not be exposed to rain. The other is the waterproof connector, which needs to be used in the wet working environment to prevent the electrochemical corrosion of automobile related parts and affect the physical and electrical functions of the waterproof connector.

01 Contact resistance
High quality connector should have low and stable contact resistance. The contact resistance of the connector ranges from a few millions to tens of millions.
02 Insulation resistance
Insulation resistance is a measure of the insulation performance between the contacts of electrical connectors and between the contacts and the housing. The order of magnitude ranges from hundreds of megabytes to thousands of megabytes.
03 Electrical strength
Electrical strength, or voltage and dielectric voltage resistance, is the ability to withstand the rated test voltage between the contacts of the connector or between the contacts and the housing.
