CapitalBio® Microarray Scanner Lux Scan™10K/D, a novel optical system design based on the laser confocal principle, improves detection sensitivity and is suitable for dual-color or single-color fluorescence detection and analysis of high, medium, and low-density biochips.

Two fluorescence detection channels can be monitored independently due to sequential scanning, and the laser intensity and PMT can be fine-tuned in real-time.

LuxScan10K/D has a much larger numerical aperture of 0.76 than the industry standard of 0.68. The amount of gene array scanner light that can be collected is directly related to the lens's numerical aperture.
