Two fluorescence detection channels can be monitored independently due to sequential scanning, and the laser intensity and PMT can be fine-tuned in real-time.
LuxScan10K/D has a much larger numerical aperture of 0.76 than the industry standard of 0.68. The amount of gene array scanner light that can be collected is directly related to the lens's numerical aperture.
