ABC is an aluminum-core PE-insulated overhead cable, lightweight, corrosion-resistant, suitable for overhead power distribution. Ideal for urban/rural power grids with good insulation and weather resistance.

TheABC Overhead Insulated Power Cable(Aerial Bundled Cable) is engineered for modern overhead power distribution networks. It serves as a superior alternative to traditional bare conductors by providing a safer, more efficient insulated solution. The Low Voltage Power Cable consists of insulated aluminum phase conductors bundled with a neutral messenger system. This design enhances safety, minimizes power loss, and provides exceptional resistance to environmental stressors. It is a staple for urban power grids, rural electrification, and grid modernization projects worldwide.

Rated Voltage: 0.6/1kV (Medium voltage 11kV variants available).

Conductor: Aluminum or Aluminum alloy.

Insulation: XLPE or PE (Weather-resistant and UV-stabilized).

Neutral Messenger: AAAC or ACSR (Optional).

Structure: 2-core / 3-core / 4-core + neutral messenger.

Standard: IEC 60502-1 / NFC 33-209 / BS / ASTM (Customizable).

ABC Cable Basic Structure:

Conductor: Stranded aluminum alloy (complying with IEC 60228), lightweight and high-conductivity.

Insulation: Cross-linked Polyethylene (PE), excellent electrical insulation and heat resistance (adapts to -40°C~90°C environments).
