Automotive Polyester Fabric Tape

Automotive polyester fabric tapeuses polyester cloth as base material, and the surface is coated with acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive that has been cured by UV irradiation. Used for bundling automotive wiring harnesses, and is used in high-temperature environments such as engine compartments to protect wiring harnesses from mechanical damage, chemical corrosion, and high temperature.

Automotive Wire Harness TapeFeature:

· Good cold and heat resistance

· Resistant to oxidation and chemical liquid corrosion

· 50% dense twisting provides excellent wear protection for the harness

· Excellent flame retardant performance

· When assembled with ETFE, FEP and XLPE wire harnesses, the heat resistance can reach +150°C for 3000 hours; when assembled with PVC wire harnesses, the heat resistance can reach +105°C for 3000 hours

· Low fogging
