Core features
Vertical spindle: The spindle is arranged vertically, and the tool cuts from top to bottom. This is the basis of its naming and structure.
Automatic tool changer: Equipped with a tool magazine and automatic tool changer, it can automatically change tools under program control, significantly reducing auxiliary time and improving efficiency.
Three-axis linkage: The basic motion axes are X-axis (left and right), Y-axis (front and back), and Z-axis (up and down). Vertical Machining Centersgenerally have three-axis linkage processing capabilities and can process complex curved surfaces.
CNC system: The computer control system accurately controls the movement of each axis of the machine tool, spindle speed, feed speed, tool change and other actions to realize the automatic operation of complex programs.
