PTFE RingPTFE sealing products not only can seal oil fluid, can also seal water a class of fluids, including strong acid, strong alkali, strong corrosion strong chemical fluids and a variety of solvents, it can also seal a variety of gases, to adapt to dry friction occasions. None of these rubber seals can be achieved.

PTFE seal has simple structure, shape and size can be interchangeable with rubber seal, easy installation and maintenance.

Normally, PTFE ring and PTFE gasket can be together called PTFE sealing product, usually, the difference is the thickness above 5mm, it can be called PTFE gasket, below 5mm, it can be called PTFE ring. The special size can be customized according customer requirement.

Features of PTFE Ring

Temperature resistance: It is able to work stably between -180°C to +260°C.

Excellent chemical corrosion resistance: Applicable medium includes oil, acid solution and almost all chemical materials.

Excellent non-sticky property: With low friction coefficient it easier to remove those resin, dopes, oil and other sticky things.

Anti-aging, weathering resistance.

Excellent insulation property.

Filled material: Filled PTFE products has more outstanding performance by adding filler such as carbon, graphite, bronze, glass fiber, carbon fiber, MOS2, PEEK, PI, POB BaSO₄, SiO₂, glass bead, polyamide.
