Peroxide Killer RS

High-enriched hydrogen peroxide elastic enzyme can remove the hydrogen which stay in fabrics after bleaching effectively .Also can save water, energy and time as same as environment protection.

[Product features]

Peroxide killercan Effectively remove the hydrogen which stay in fabrics before dyeing.

Totally convert hydrogen to oxygen and water, and prevent clastic broken effect from hydrogen to dye accordingly.

Improve reproducibility, reduce vat and protect fibre and dye ,also include environment.

Save water, energy and time, improve capacity.

[Application]

Usage: 0.05-0.1ml/l

Temperature: 30-65℃

pH: 5-6

Time: 10-20 minutes

Process:

Drain after scouring and bleaching→washing→drain→inflow and neutralize acid→add deoxygenization enzyme RS→dyeing

Drain after scouring and bleaching→wash and neutralize acid→drain→inflow and add deoxygenization enzyme RS →dyeing

Drain after scouring and bleaching→wash and neutralize acid→add deoxygenization enzyme RS →dyeing（Not suitable for cone yarn）

Notice: Please rinse your eyes with plenty of water if splashed into eyes or skin, and avoid breathing.

[Packaging and storage]

25 kg/polyethylene drum, keep it cool and dry, 6 months in sealed container at 30℃.
