Printing Auxiliaries

Auxiliaries used in printinguse the film forming effect of adhesive which attach insoluble dyes to fabric firmly to color the fabric. Printing auxiliaries include textile chemical thickener, binding agent, crosslinking agent, emulsifier, fixing agent, dispersing agent, silicone softener, defoamers and so on.

Features of printing auxiliaries:

4. textile printing auxiliariesis mainly applied to reactive dyes, disperse dyes in the printing process. It can reduce the amount of triethanolamine by 50% in the use of acid dyes and fast sulfon. It can be used in drum, flat screen and rotary screen printing process for cotton, flannel, polyester and other fabric printing.

Printing anti staining agent

Printing anti staining agent for acid dyestuffs HT-SF for anti-staining soaping and removing unfixed dyes after dyeing of nylon, silk, wool and natural fibres.

Printing anti staining agent for reactive dyes HF for anti-staining soaping and removing unfixed dyes after dyeing of cotton and natural fibres.

Properties and fields of application

-- High concentration product and can be diluted 2-3 times.

-- Mainly for soaping, white substrate anti staining of wool and nylon printing or dyeing with acid dyestuffs.

-- Good sequestering, dispersing and colloid protection.

-- Efficiently prevents substrate staining and retains pure ground shades.

-- Low foam and increases shade brightness.

-- Complies with environmental requirements.

-- Suitable for soaping of unfixed dyes and prevents unfixed dyes staining white or pale fabrics.

-- Dipping: 1-3%（O.W.F）

-- Padding: 10-30 g/L

Wetting agent of nylon printing 8071E

Main composition

-- Phosphate compounds

General properties

-- Appearance: pale transparent paste liquid

-- Ionicity: nonionic

--Solubility: easily soluble in water

-- Stability: resisting acid, alkali, electrolytes and hard water.

Properties and fields of application

-- This product is low foam scouring agent with excellent wetting, dissolution and leveling for nylon dyeing of acid dyes.

-- It can improve dye dissolution and rapidly infiltrates into the fabrics to get a better dyeing yield.

-- No influence on fabric shades.

Application

HT9071E: 1-2gL

HT9071E can directly add into printing gum and stir well, and can also add after dilution.
