If you wish to make amendments to the business scope, you need to file further applications and obtain approval from relevant authorities. 2.Registered and paid up capitalThough there is no minimum registered capital required, RMB 100,000 ~ RMB 500,000 (Approx. USD$15,000- 75,000) is the common range for minimum investment capital to be approved for Consulting, Service and Hi-Tech WFOE registration in China. However, in practice, the authority will usually review your business scope and location on a case-by-case basis. After your WOFE has been approved, you need to inject initial paid-up capital within 3 months, the initial injection could amount to 20% of the registered capital.
