Fluoropolymer MT-PPA9000H

• 

MT-PPA9000H is mainly used in polyolefin and engineering plastic product series. This product is used to improve the processing performance of polyolefin and engineering plastic at a very low addition amount (50-1000ppm), and will not affect the physical properties of the resin itself, nor the bonding, printing and heat sealing properties of the product. It is suitable for large-scale polyolefin devices such as PE, PP, PC, PMMA and ABS. The particle appearance keeps the workshop clean and dust-free.

Applications:

Blown film, cast film, wire drawing, pipes, sheets, profiles

Product functions:

• Eliminate melt fracture, improve surface finish and transparency of products
• Reduce or eliminate die head precipitates, extend continuous production time
• Increase the proportion of LLDPE in the formula, reduce costs, and improve quality
• Increase the production capacity of the equipment while maintaining the original back pressure
• Improve the compatibility of color powder and resin, increase the carbon black loading capacity in black masterbatch and the brightness of masterbatch
