Application conditions
Pretreatment: phosphating treatment, inscription treatment; Coating: Polyester powder coating is suitable for the following equipment coating: corona electrostatic spraying, friction electrostatic spraying, electrostatic fluidized bed spraying. Curing conditions: 200·C@10 minutes, 1800C@15 minutes, can also be designed according to customer needs.

Lined with polyethylene plastic bag.
Storage conditions
Store in a dry and ventilated room below 30℃.
Avoid direct sunlight.
Under this condition, the powder can be stably stored for 12 months.
Can be retested after expiration, and can still be used if it meets the requirements.

- All raw materials of powder coatings do not contain toxic substances.
- No toxic gas will be released during baking.
- Avoid inhalation of dust during use.
- Operators should wear dust masks.
- Minimize long-term contact between skin and powder.
- Paint attached to the skin can be washed with soap.
