Corrosion resistance

Application conditions

Pretreatment: phosphating, chromating, sandblasting

Coating: Suitable for corona electrostatic spraying, friction electrostatic spraying, electrostatic fluidized bed spraying, fluidized bed dipping

Curing conditions:

200℃ at 10 minutes.

180℃ at 15 minutes.

Can also be designed according to customer needs.

Drinking water product certification

British WRA5 standard..

US NSF61 standard.

German KTW/W270 standard.

Drinking water valve testing standards: BS/EN14901. ANSI/NSF61.

Packaging

Carton packaging, net weight 20kg/box.

Lined with double-layer polyethylene plastic bags.

Storage conditions

Store in a dry and ventilated room below 30℃.

Avoid direct sunlight.

Under this condition, the powder can be stably stored for 6 months.

Safety and health

• All raw materials of powder coatings do not contain toxic substances.
• No toxic gas is released during baking.
• Avoid inhalation of dust during use.
• Operators should wear dust masks.
• Minimize long-term contact between skin and powder.
• Paint attached to the skin can be washed with soap.
