Properties:
Hexadecyl Dimethylaminesis clear to slight hazy liquid. The melting point temperature is 12° C, the boiling point tempretuer is 148 °C° C, the relative density of 0.801, and the refractive index is 1.444. Hexadecyl Dimethylamine is easily soluble in alcohol, and insoluble in water.
Applications:
Hexadecyl Dimethylamine is mainly for the preparation of quaternary ammonium salts, betaines, tertiary amine oxides, etc.
Hexadecyl Dimethylamine is the preparation of octadecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride, octadecyl dimethyl betaine, octadecyl dimethyl amine oxide, octadecyltrimethylammonium chloride and octadecyltrimethylammonium bromide.
Hexadecyl Dimethylamine is widely used in daily chemical, washing industry, textile, oil field and other industries, mainly anti-corrosion, sterilization, washing, soft, anti-static, emulsification and so on.
