Shoe Peel Tester

Product Introduction:

Upper peeling strength tester is suitable for testing the peeling strength between the sole and the upper of the shoe, the principle is to load the shoe on the shoe last clamp on the machine, peel the sole and the upper joint with the peeling knife, measure the force required when stripping force is the peeling force, and then calculate the peeling strength according to the peeling force and the width of the knife edge.

Product Features:

Based on the provided parameters and the whole shoe peel test principle:

Shoe last clamp or universal fixture system designed to securely hold a shoe in position during the test.

Peeling knife with specific, interchangeable widths (20 ± 0.2mm and 10 ± 0.1mm) used to initiate and control the separation of the sole from the upper.

Electric motor and control system for controlled downward movement of the peeling knife edge at an adjustable speed (20 ± 2 mm/min, with adjustable rise and fall speeds).

Force sensor or load cell integrated into the mechanism to measure the peeling force required to separate the sole from the upper.

System to calculate the peeling strength based on the measured force and the specified knife width.

Adjustable positioning rod and tie rod spacing (50-70mm adjustable) to accommodate different shoe sizes and sole configurations.
