REFRIGERATION BALL VALVE
Egret series refrigeration ball valveis a manually regulated shut-off valve, which is applicable to two-direction flow. It is used on the liquid, air suction, and hot vapor piping of the freezer, cold store, and air conditioning unit. The valve seat is well sealed with perfect sealing performance, and it is a through-type ball valve with a maximum flow rate & wide scope of operating temperature. The ball valve is equipped with a secondary sealing cap and the metal wire could be used to prevent the sealing cap from missing and avoid any mistakes operation in maintenance.

Process of Refrigeration Ball Valve Production
The process of refrigeration ball valves is not complicated. First, we use a turning lathe and CNC milling machine, to cutting and machining different sizes of connection ports, there are 1/4-inch, 3/8-inch, 1/2-inch, 5/8-inch, etc.
Second, melting the copper material, and pour the melting copper into the copper casting mold to produce the ball valve body.
Third, to make a spherical shaped steel ball with a hole in the middle, which controls the flow.
