Sieber Resin
9-Fmoc-Aminoxanthen-3-yloxy-polystyrene sieber amide resin
A hyper acid-labile linker or the Fmoc SPPS of protected amides via mild 1% TFA cleavage. The resin can be readily reductively alkylated to provide a support suited to the synthesis of secondary carboxamides.
