Easy-cleaning Silicone-Modified Waterborne UV Resin

LUV533 is a high-performance, silicone-modified hexafunctional waterborne UV resinengineered to deliver exceptional adhesion to a broad range of water-based primers and substrates, including polycarbonate (PC) and ABS blends.

This advanced resin system offers robust resistance to boiling water, UV exposure (including sunscreen ingredients), QUV accelerated weathering, and prolonged exposure to high-temperature/high-humidity (HTHH) environments.

Key Features:

Anti-Stain Performance: Due to the introduction of silicon, this resin exhibits excellent anti-stain ability, and the surface is not easily stained, and even if there is a stain, it is easy to clean.

Sunscreen Resistance: The resin has excellent UV resistance and can effectively protect against harmful rays in the sun. Products made of this resin can still maintain their color and physical properties after long-term exposure to sunlight, which is particularly suitable for outdoor applications such as building exterior wall coatings or automotive paint protection.

QUV Aging Resistance: The strict QUV accelerated aging test shows that the silicon-modified waterborne UV resin exhibits excellent weather resistance. It can withstand the influence of adverse weather conditions for a long time without significant degradation, ensuring the long-term beauty and functional durability of the coating.

Excellent Application Properties: This resin is not only environmentally friendly (low VOC emissions), but also has excellent construction performance. Whether it is sprayed, rolled or brushed, a smooth and uniform coating can be achieved, and the curing speed is fast, which greatly improves work efficiency and finished product quality.
