Application
Friction Powder Coating products can be widely used in products such as heat sinks, enclosures, and cabinets that require powder coating in grooves, and are applied in industries such as LED lighting, furniture, and home appliances.

Note: Substrate and pretreatment: Mechanical performance testing used 0.6mm thick degreased cold-rolled steel sheet; corrosion aging resistance testing used 0.6mm thick zinc-based phosphated steel sheet or chromated aluminum sheet.

Friction Powder Coating products cannot be applied with ordinary electrostatic spray guns; the matching friction gun must be used.
