For all YANSEN industrial temp SSD we use industrial grade controllers, 100% original NAND flash, and other components are wide temp. grade(power IC, RES, CAP, IND), the brand of the controller is Silicon Motion, Hyperstone, Phison, Marvel, and for NAND flash, Intel, Micron and Kioxia is the main brand.



What kind of tests will be done on YANSEN industrial solid state drive?

There are lots of strict tests during the production process to ensure each industrial solid state drive's reliability and stability in a rugged environment. Like wide temp. (-40~85℃) test, High temp. RDT test, Drop Test, Vibration Test, BIT Test, PLP test, Salt Spray Test, etc.

What's the lead time of common industrial orders?

For industrial wide temperature SSD drives, there don't have stock usually, we need 10~15 days for common orders, if bulk orders such as 1000pcs or more, or customized model, we need 30 days time.
