Introduction
High-precision tungsten-cobalt cemented are widely used in oil drilling and deep-sea drilling oil pump valve balls and ball seats, which are also one of the most critical components in oil pumps. Due to the harsh working environment and conditions in the oil drilling industry, sand-containing wells, heavy oil wells, and high-pressure anti-oil wells usually contain water, various gases, wax, sand and other highly corrosive substances. The oil pump needs to extract oil from hundreds or even thousands of meters of formations, which requires its valve ball and valve seat to have good sealing, wear resistance and corrosion resistance (the valve ball and valve seat are vacuumed to an absolute pressure of less than 0.36kgN/cm after matching, and the absolute pressure value does not change within 10s).
