PTFE Hose | High Performance Chemical Resistant Hose

(polytetrafluoroethylene hose) is a versatile, high-performance industrial hose, often used as an ideal alternative to rubber hose. It has excellent chemical resistance, high temperature resistance, low friction and flexibility, and is widely used in critical fluid transportation systems in the chemical, food, pharmaceutical, automotive, aerospace and other industries.

PTFE can be used as a liner for stainless steel braided hose or rubber hose, further enhancing the overall hose's temperature compatibility, impact resistance and corrosion resistance. Extensive product range

Chixing's PTFE hoses are available in nominal diameters ranging from DN 4 mm to DN 100 mm and are available with metal jackets, double walls or elbows. PTFE hose material and structure

PTFE inner tube: high temperature resistance, chemical resistance, low friction coefficient.

Stainless steel braid (optional): improve pressure resistance and resistance to mechanical damage.

External protective layer (optional): such as silicone, rubber coating, to enhance resistance to environmental impacts
