KRSFRPLightingSheet(transparentpanel),alsoknownasfiberglassreinforcedpolyesterlightpanel,madefromhigh-performanceprotectivefilm,unsaturatedpolyesterresinandglassfiber.Becauseofitsstablequality,durablefeatures,deeplywelcomedbycustomers,theproductcanbewidelyappliedinindustrial/commercial/civilroofandwall,thatis,chemicalfactory,steelstructureworkshop,warehouse,canopy,carshed,passageway,daylightingshed,greenhouseandsoon.
Itiswell-knownthatchemicalworkshopshavetoomuchacidandalkalinecompoundsstayingonthesurfaceofmetalswhentheyfloatedintheair.Itmakesthemetalroofandwallbeseriouscorrosion.Thereforewhenchoosingtheroofandwallmaterialsforthiskindofworkshops,anti-acidandagingresistanceiskeyemphasized.FRPiswidelyappliedintheareaofchemicalfactoryandmeltingindustriesduetoitsanti-corrosionandagingresistanceproperty.

LighttransmissionThelighttransmissionofKRSFRPLightingSheetisbetween65-90%.LightthroughFRPlightingsheetscattersandismild.Itwillnotformalightbandsoastomaketheindoorbrighter.WeatherresistanceThe23μmanti-agingfilmfromDupontcoveringonthesurfaceofFRPsheetimprovesitspropertyofweatherresistance.Theanti-ultravioletadsorbingagentmixingintherawmaterialsabsorbs99.9%ofultravioletrayofthevisiblelighttransmittedthroughtheFRPsheets.ThisUVprotectionwillhelptopreventthedissolutionanddiscolorationofthematerials.TheuniquetechnologyusedinKRSFRPLightingSheetmakesthelifespanofthesheetuptoover15years(alimitedfifteen-yearwarranty).ImpactresistanceThestrengtheningfiber-glassmaterialscriss-crossthestructureoftheproducts,whichhelpstoimprovetheimpactresistanceofFRPsheet.Whenimpactedbyspallsorhails,theyarehardlybroken.CorrosionresistanceTheproductsresistvariousacids,alkalisandperoxides,especiallysuitableforapplicationinthecoastalareasandcorrosiveplaces.TemperatureperformanceKRSFRPLightingSheet(transparentpanel)isakindofhotsolidhighpolymermaterials.Itisdesignedfornormaluseintemperaturesfrom-40℃to120℃.TemperatureinsulationThecoefficientofheat-conductionofKRSFRPLightingSheetis0.18kcat/mhr℃,only1/4oftheglass.Thatiswhyithasagoodpropertyoftemperatureinsulation.Fire-retardantThefire-retardantofKRSFRPLightingSheetisdividedintoordinarygradeIandgradeII.TheoxygenindexofthegradeIoffireretardantis≥32,thegradeIIretardantis≥26.Itmeetstherequrirementofthefire-fightingdepartment.HeatstabilityKRSFRPLightingSheetisakindstrengtheningplasticofhotsolidfiber-glass.Itscoefficientofheatexpansionis2.2x10-5mm/mm/℃,only2timesofmetalmaterials.Forthisreason,whenitmatcheswithametalsheet,thedisplacementisrelativelysmall,noteasytoleak.QualityassuranceKRSFRPLightingSheetmadeofhigh-qualityrawmaterialstoproduceandprovidequalityassurancedecades.
Easytoinstall&maintainKRSFRProofingsheetsareeasytoinstallwithconventionalmethodsusedforroofingsheets.Theyaremaintenancefree,butcleaningatregularintervalsmaintaindesigneddaylightfactor.
