SEIMEDA NP Neutral Silicone Sealant is a one-component, neutral-curing silicone sealant developed for window and door installation, general glazing, perimeter joints and non-structural construction sealing. It cures by reacting with moisture in the air to form a durable and flexible elastomer.
With a movement capability of ±20%, a non-corrosive curing system and resistance to outdoor weather exposure, this neutral cure silicone sealant is suitable for compatible glass, aluminum, stainless steel, PVC and coated building materials. Standard products, customized performance grades, colors and private-label packaging are available for distributors, window manufacturers, contractors and OEM brands.
Important: NP Neutral Silicone Sealant is intended primarily for flexible, non-structural sealing. For load-bearing structural glazing, use a tested structural silicone sealant selected according to the project design and applicable standards.

Key Features
Neutral Curing System
The neutral moisture-curing formula reduces the risk of corrosion on compatible metals and makes the product suitable for a wider range of construction substrates than general acid-curing silicone. Adhesion and compatibility should still be confirmed on the actual material before use.
Flexible Joint Movement
After curing, the sealant forms a flexible elastomer with a movement capability of ±20%. It can accommodate normal dimensional movement caused by temperature changes, vibration and differences in the expansion rates of adjoining materials.
Weather and UV Resistance
The cured sealant is designed to resist sunlight, rain, temperature changes and general outdoor aging. It can be used for compatible exterior window, door and construction joints when the selected grade meets the project requirements.
Non-Sag Application
The paste consistency supports application on vertical and overhead joints without excessive slumping. Smooth extrusion also helps installers achieve a more consistent joint profile and finish.
One-Component Application
No component mixing is required. The sealant can be applied with standard cartridge or sausage dispensing equipment, depending on the selected packaging format.

Formula performance, curing speed, color, packaging and private-label presentation can be discussed according to the target application, climate, distribution channel and order quantity.
