HDPE Double Wall Corrugated Pipe
Product DescriptionHDPE double-wall corrugated (large-diameter sewage) pipeis made of high-density polyethylene as the main raw material. It is co-extruded by the inner and outer extruders and formed at one time. There is a hollow core layer between the walls, a unique structure, and a new type of plastic pipe with high strength. The complete production process is:Extrusion - Composite - Forming - Cooling - Cutting - Finished product.
Scope of Application:
Sewage and drainage pipes: such as municipal engineering drainage, factories, enterprises, chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry drainage pipes.
Various building drainage projects and supporting drainage projects: such as stadiums, railways, expressways, etc.
Low-pressure water delivery projects: such as irrigation and drainage of farmland, orchards, and forestry.
Ventilation and communication engineering: such as mine ventilation, mine wall permeation pipes, railway and highway cables, telecommunications, sheathing pipes.
The product has the advantages oflight weight,high ring rigidity,convenient construction,transportationandinstallation, low installation cost, high anti-ultraviolet stability, good bendability, appropriate deflection, and fixed length. The shaft of HDPE double-wall corrugated pipe can be slightly deflected. The foundation will settle unevenly during use, and the pipe will bend naturally without causing leakage. The inner wall of the pipe is smooth, so the flow rate is larger compared with pipes of the same specification. Maintenance, pressure resistance, low temperature resistance, high impact strength, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, long service life and other characteristics.
