ProductDescription:

ZHW’s expansion bellows Series EBF521 can withstand extreme variations in temperature ranging from very low to high temperatures i.e. from Cryogenic up to 600 °C. Stainless steel bellows are diffusion tight, have an excellent chemical resistance as well as high physical strength. On top of it, stainless steel bellows have very good corrosion characteristics. United Flexible bellows and expansion joints are generally produced and assembled in sizes from nominal 40 mm (1-1/2”) up to nominal 2000 mm (80”).

ProductApplications:

• The stainless steel bellows could primarily reduce the vibration and the noise of the piping system. Completely solve the different piping problems as displacement of joint, axial flex and etc.
• According to different material requirement, stainless steel bellows could be made as acid proof, alkali proof, and corrosion proof to suit different medium and environment.
• The material is good sealing, light weighting, easy to fix and maintain, also has long working expecting. But please keep the rubber joint far away from sharp metal in order to avoid breaking of the rubber body.
• The flexible connectors have EPDM cover, providing excellent resistance to sunlight, ozone, oxidation and is resistant to damage from dropping oil.
• The unit has EPDM tube, which is good for hot, and cold-water service & mild chemicals.
• The fully molded Single Sphere design provides greater flexibility, thus protecting mating flanges, especially PVC and fiberglass types.
• The steel flanges easily rotate on the bellows, which makes it easier to line up the bolt holes during installation when mating flanges are out of line.
• Separate retaining rings are never required. With a temperature rating of -20°Cto 100° C .the standard sizes range from 1" through 14" I.D. can be with the working pressure at 300 psi, Sizes 14" through 24" have working pressure at 150 psi.

ProductFeatures:

• Reasonable structure, good elasticity, large range of compensation pipeline and little counterforce to the brackets of pipeline.
• Shock absorption and noise decrease, heat and dust insulation, environmental protection and simple structure bracket.
• The displacement can be deflected to prevent damagment caused by subsidence of connected brackets and equipment base. It can adapt itself to the centrifugal difference of pipeline installation to provide convenience to installation and maintenance.
• Good resistance to milling, heat, aging and corrosiveness and long service life.
• Little resistance and little weight. Each performance is better than the compensation device of other materials.
• The temperature range of media is wide:-40--300°c.
