1. High temperature resistance: the working temperature is 260 ℃, and Teflon heat shrinkable pipe has excellent heat resistance. It can be used continuously between 240 ℃ and 260 ℃ for a short time, which can withstand high temperature to 300 ℃, and has remarkable thermal stability and does not melt at high temperature.

2. Low temperature resistance: it has good mechanical toughness and low temperature resistance; Even if the temperature drops to -65 ℃, it can work at freezing temperature without embrittlement.

3. Corrosion resistance: for most chemicals and solvents, it shows inertia, strong acid and alkali resistance, water and various organic solvents. Teflon heat shrinkable pipe is almost free from drug erosion, and can withstand reactions of alkali metal, strong oxidant, reductant and various organic solvents except molten, and can protect parts from any kind of chemical corrosion.

4. Climate resistance: it has the best aging life, radiation resistance and low permeability in plastic. It is exposed to the atmosphere for a long time, and the surface and performance remain unchanged.

5. High sliding property: the friction coefficient of solid material is the lowest, and Teflon heat shrinkable tube has lower friction coefficient. The friction coefficient changes when the load slips, but the value is only between 0.05-0.15.

6. Non adhesion: the minimum surface tension in solid materials, and no adhesion to any material. Almost all the substances are not bonded with Teflon heat shrinkable tube, and very thin Teflon shrink tube also shows good non adhesion performance, which can prevent dust adsorption. Teflon heat shrinkable pipe surface is not contaminated with water and oil, and it is not easy to dip in solution during production operation. If there is a little dirt, it can be removed by simple wipe.

5. Flame retardant: oxygen limit index is below 90, and it can reach VW-1 high flame retardant grade.

6. Electrical insulation: it can resist 1500 V high voltage electricity, and is not affected by environment and frequency. The volume resistance can reach 1018 ohm · cm, and the dielectric loss is small and the breakdown voltage is high.

7. Environmental protection: it does not contain substances harmful to the environment such as PCBs, PCPs and PBBs, PBBs, pbbos, PBBEs and PBDEs, which are in conformity with European ROHS environmental standards.

To sum up, Teflon heat shrinkable tube has the advantages of high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, anti-aging, low friction coefficient, no adhesion, flame retardant and environmental protection.
