Description
As a specialized pipe mill machine manufacturer, our diameter Φ16-63.5mm steel pipe mill line is specially designed to produce Φ16-Φ63.5 mm and δ0.9-3.0mm high-frequency straight seam welded pipe, square pipe and special-shaped pipe (δ≤2.5mm). By taking advantages of same kind machines at home and abroad, steel pipe mill lines are with high performance and long working life.
Manufacturing Process
Manufacturing process of pipe mill machine is composed of uncoiling, molding, welding, polishing, sizing, straightening and cutting, etc. Rolling speed can be adjusted correspondingly within proper range of pipe diameter and wall thickness.
