Large Flow Rate Low Pressure Polyurethane Injection Machine
Introduction:This large flow rate low-pressure polyurethane injection machine developed on our own is a kind of low-pressure injection equipment with the throughput as much as 6, 000 gms/sec, which is suitable for making large block-type flexible, half-rigid, and rigid foam products and is widely used in the production of automobiles, building and industries needing insulating materials.
The polyurethane injection machine is used for making large PU products such as highly-elastic foam mattress, cubic thermoplastic foam ceilings for vehicle use, etc. It is accurate in metering, uniform in foaming and stable in quality and can completely substitute manual mixing and foaming method, greatly increasing the working efficiency.
