Slitting Line
DescriptionSlitting production line is designed to handle extreme ranges of materials. The rolling plate is unfolded and flattened. Then the steel plate is cut into the needed strips by using the rotary shear. After that, the strips are taken up with the coiling machine and the formed narrow coils are packed.
Application1. Slitting production line is used to handle extreme ranges of materials. Either driven or pull through, this interchangeable machine permits off-line set ups and includes strip tensioners and oscillating rewinders.2. A slitting production line is used to break down master coils into smaller coils in a particular width.
FeaturesSlitting production line features automatic brake control, automatic changeover system for slitting heads, rapid threading system, automatic coil banding equipment and high productivity slitting line.
Production Process of Slitting LineLoading Coil → Uncoiling → Leveling → Cutting the Head and End → Circle Shear → Slitter Edge Recoiling → Accumulator → Steel Head and End Bending → Separating → Tensioner → Coiling Machine
