Stainless steel welded pipe mill/production line
DescriptionThe stainless steel welded pipe mill/production line is mainly used in production of stainless steel pipes. Firstly, it slits stainless steel plates, and then it unfolds and flats them. Then stainless steel plates will be sent into forming machine and then they will be made into round shapes. Next, stainless steel plates will be welded by plasma welding machine and argon arc welding machine.
Three ways of making stainless steel pipes:The stainless steel welded pipe mill/production line supports three ways to make stainless steel pipes, including roll forming, flexible forming and automatic flexible forming. Pipes with diameter Φ≤114 adopt rolling forming and pipes with diameterΦ≤165 adopt flexible forming. The automatic flexible forming can be used for pipes with diameterΦ≤711.
Working procedures of stainless steel welded pipe mill/production lineCoil loading—uncoiling—flatting—shearing and butt welding—forming—combined welding of plasma welding machine and argon arc welding machine—online eddy current testing—sizing—tracking and cutting off—chamfering the end—water pressure testing—offline welding testing—X-ray inspection—weighing. measuring and stenciling—collecting finished products.
Classification:Our stainless steel welded pipe mill/production line can be classified into 9 types, including BXGJZ-100, BXGJZ-100, BXGJZ -200, BXGJZ -300, BXGJZ -350, BXGJZ -400, BXGJZ -500, BXGJZ -600, BXGJZ-700.
