Stainless steel welded pipe mill/production line
DescriptionThe stainless steel welded pipe mill/production line is mainly used in production of stainless steel pipes. Firstly, it slits stainless steel plates, and then it unfolds and flats them. Then stainless steel plates will be sent into forming machine and then they will be made into round shapes. Next, stainless steel plates will be welded by plasma welding machine and argon arc welding machine.
Three ways of making stainless steel pipes:The stainless steel welded pipe mill/production line supports three ways to make stainless steel pipes, including roll forming, flexible forming and automatic flexible forming. Pipes with diameter Φ≤114 adopt rolling forming and pipes with diameterΦ≤165 adopt flexible forming. The automatic flexible forming can be used for pipes with diameterΦ≤711.

Classification:Our stainless steel welded pipe mill/production line can be classified into 9 types, including BXGJZ-100, BXGJZ-100, BXGJZ -200, BXGJZ -300, BXGJZ -350, BXGJZ -400, BXGJZ -500, BXGJZ -600, BXGJZ-700.
